Returns & Exchanges Policy

We value our customers and are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally. Please review our return and exchange policy below before placing an order.


1. Reporting Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund within 10 working days.


2. Returns Without Valid Reason

If you choose to return a product without any issue (such as damage or mistake), a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


3. Return Conditions & Partial Refunds

Refunds are only processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and include the original product slip/invoice.

  • If the product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.


5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct and complete information (full name, address, and mobile number) when placing an order.
Please double-check your order before confirming.

If a customer places an incorrect order, no refund or free shipping will be offered for replacement.


6. Respectful Communication Policy

We are always ready to assist and resolve any genuine issues with professionalism. However:

  • Abusive language, threats, or disrespectful behavior towards our staff or business will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or attempts to damage our business reputation.
