Return & Refund Policy

- Report any issues (damaged or wrong items) within 48 hours. Valid claims will be exchanged, or refunded within 10 working days.
- For returns without reason, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and include the original product slip for refunds.
Customer Responsibility: Provide correct details (name, address, and mobile number). We do not tolerate abusive language or threats.
Wrong Orders: No refunds or free shipping for incorrectly ordered items.
